Yeah it fucking is, so will you stop telling me!! I’m more than aware I’m not smiling and being reminded I have nothing to smile about is making me more miserable.
Literally so fucking fed up.
I sat on my bed today and cried for maybe a good hour. I’m not even sure what over but I have all these thoughts in my head and I can’t string them into a sentence to explain and I just want them to go away.
I’m mental.
